- My friend I feel the same way....evrything about meeting up with you in the troupe is hand of God, or karmic if you prefer! I am loving the connection and expression I get from the actual work, but really treasure my new friend! What have you been eating? I am gorging myself on these overripe nectarines and cantaloupes we have....they are unreal........I once heard this lecture about nutrition from a homeopath and she said our bodies have the ability to regulate the yin and yang if you will, of our body's needs....like if you are craving sweets, you are deficient in something, salty another, meat another, etc etc....but, she added, this only works when you are eating at your prime nutrition level, you know, healthy and balanced......I remember I was laughing really hard before that statement b/c if M&M's were the yin what was my yang? Bacon? Red Wine? I hope that we only take a week or so before our next rehearsal..........Pamme

Welcome to September
Hi everybody, wassup? I'm trying to get back in the swing of things after a long, fabulous summer. The book came out, FINALLY, and I got moved into my new place. Yes, just as the book says, I do tend to move as a hobby. I now have a really great place about a half hour north of NYC.
