Denied!

Have any of you ever been denied Travel medical insurance because of your weight? I was. Luckily I found out my US Medical insurance would cover me in France. The travel insurance agent said I was too much of a risk. Hmmmppphhhh. Oh well, at least I learned I didn't even need it. Continue

Welcome to September

Hi everybody, wassup? I'm trying to get back in the swing of things after a long, fabulous summer. The book came out, FINALLY, and I got moved into my new place. I am almost 3 weeks out from surgery and I feel great!

So surgery went well. I am almost 3 weeks out and I feel pretty good. There have been some bumps along the way, such as now. I actually am not hungry. (My band is deflated, it will not be filled until 6 weeks out of surgery) but I must still have some swelling. The first 2 weeks I was really hungry and I actually lost 16 pounds. I am having Lap Band surgery tomorrow
